Review & Pre-Processing
We check each batch for completeness and legibility, then sort responses by survey type, date, or respondent segment before entry starts.
Extraction & Data Checks
Where forms are clear, typed or printed, we sometimes use OCR-assisted capture to pre-extract the text. Handwritten forms go straight to manual keying. Specialists verify the extracted responses, remove duplicates, standardize formats, and apply logic checks. Every form, whichever route it took, is then double-keyed in the next step.
Data Entry & Response Coding
Each form is keyed twice (double-key entry) into your system or the format you specify. This covers open-ended responses, ratings, checkboxes, and demographics. Open-ended answers are coded against the coding frame you approve.
Three-Tier Quality Verification
Every batch goes through three checks: operator self-review, a team lead audit, and random sampling by the QA lead. Discrepancies and missing or inconsistent entries are flagged and resolved before delivery.
